Kweepeer — the Flemish word for quince — is one of 3 Fonteinen’s most celebrated fruit lambics. Made by macerating whole quince fruit with spontaneously fermented lambic, the result is a complex, aromatic and deeply layered fruit lambic with the distinctive floral, tart and slightly astringent character of quince.

Season 22/23 continues the tradition of exceptional quality from Beersel’s most revered lambic producer.

• Nose: Quince blossom, ripe pear, honey, earthy lambic funk, light oak
